Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATIONS The above-listed client(s) may cancel this contract up to ninety (90) days before the ceremony date. To cancel, the client(s) must email a written cancellation notice. The above-listed client(s) hereby forfeit their initial retainer in case of cancellation and agrees to pay the full amount for the services listed above should they cancel this wedding videography contract after ninety (90) days before the ceremony date time.

If the above-listed client(s) have paid their balance in full and request cancellation of services before the ninety (90) days cancellation policy a 50% refund will be available, excluding the 50% non-refundable retainer. 
REFUNDS
Unfortunately, due to the nature of services, no refunds will be provided for all monies paid. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferrable. TRAVEL FEE If Directed by Nobody and teams must travel to your location, we require a travel fee. Our travel fee is based on .51 per mile. We will send an invoice for travel fee outside of the service selection through our website. If Directed by Nobody must add additional team members for your service an additional travel fee may be required. RESCHEDULE The client(s) may reschedule the ceremony and/or reception date listed above no later than thirty (30) days before the ceremony date time with the written approval of Directed by Nobody. The client may reschedule their ceremony and reception only once. Should Directed by Nobody cannot accommodate the client(s) rescheduled date, the client(s) will not be held responsible for the remaining balance of this wedding videography contract but will forfeit their initial retainer. OVERTIME The client(s) acknowledge that if Directed by Nobody and its team are required to remain on-site beyond the originally contracted hours, additional time will be billed at the following rates: $400 per hour for Princess and Emerald Cut Packages, $800 per hour for Heart and Pear Cut Bundles, and $1,000 per hour for the Marquise Cut Bundle. Our overtime rate is subject to change. After the event, Directed by Nobody will bill the above-listed client(s). Once the final invoice payment has been paid, the final project will be delivered. If your wedding falls on a national holiday, Directed by Nobody reserves the right to decline and/or refuse overtime. If Directed by Nobody agrees to overtime on national/major holidays, the overtime rate is $400 per additional hour.
